Terms & Conditions – 3D Spaces
1. Pricing & Validity
1.1 The minimum ticket size for the order is Rs 5,00,000 before the applicable taxes.
1.2 Prices stated in the quotation remain valid until the price expiry date mentioned therein.
1.3 Any change in design, material, quantities, or scope may result in a corresponding revision of pricing.
2. Supersession & Order of Precedence
2.1 In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any duly signed agreement, work order, or contract executed between 3D Spaces and the client, the terms of such signed agreement or contract shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. These Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to all matters not expressly covered in the signed agreement.
3. Scope of Work
3.1 All work shall be executed strictly in accordance with the approved BOQ, drawings, and written specifications.
3.2 3D views and visual representations are indicative in nature; the BOQ and written specifications shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
3.3 Pre-existing site conditions, including dampness, builder defects, concealed wiring or plumbing, uneven surfaces, or structural limitations, are outside 3D Spaces scope unless expressly included in writing.
4. Materials, Hardware & Brand Specifications
4.1 Core Materials (Boards)
4.1.1 HDHMR / MDF / Plyboard shall be MR Grade by default for all applicable areas.
4.1.2 For laminate finishes, boards may be upgraded to 303 Grade where technically required.
4.1.3 BWP 710 Grade shall be used exclusively in high-moisture or wet-exposed areas such as wet kitchen zones, washrooms, and utility areas.
4.2 Laminates
4.2.1 Standard laminate for shutter finish: 1.0 mm Merino, Advance, Stylam or any other equivalent brand that satisfies 3D Spaces standards to ensure the applicable warranty.
4.2.2 Acrylic finish for shutter finish: up to 1.5 mm Rehau or any other equivalent brand that satisfies 3D Spaces standards to ensure the applicable warranty.
4.3 Hardware
4.3.1 Primary hardware brand: Hettich
4.3.2 Sleek or Ebco may be used only where an equivalent specification is not available in the primary brand.
4.4 Edge bands
4.4.1 2.0 mm edge bands for shutters and up to 1.2 mm edge bands for internal carcass areas from Rehau or E3 or equivalent, subject to shade match and availability.
4.5 Handles
4.5.1 In case the client is unable to choose from the 3D Spaces handle range, they may supply handles of their choice, subject to prior installation feasibility confirmation by 3D Spaces.
4.5.2 To ensure execution quality and warranty continuity, installation of client-supplied handles shall be carried out only by 3D Spaces.
4.5.3 Installation by third parties may compromise workmanship standards and shall void related warranties.
5. Payment Schedule & Cancellation / Refund Policy
5.1 The project shall progress strictly in accordance with the milestone-based payment structure defined in the quotation/work order.

5.2 Commencement of work at each stage is subject to receipt of the corresponding milestone payment.
5.3 Cancellation and refund eligibility shall be governed by the milestone achieved and shall cease once the project advances to the next stage.
5.4 Payments made toward design, procurement, fabrication, and production represent committed resources and are non-refundable once such activities have commenced.
6. Change in Scope Policy
6.1 The order value considered for discount computation shall be the final order value before the applicable taxes.
6.2 Scope reduction up to 10% of the originally booked order value may be accommodated without revision of the agreed discount.
6.3 Any further reduction beyond this threshold shall result in a proportionate discount adjustment of 3% for every ₹1,00,000 (or part thereof) of additional descoping.
6.4 In the event of any increase in scope, the corresponding revised amount shall be payable immediately before proceeding with the design for the newer/increased scope of work.
7. Design Engagement, Client Responsiveness & Project Hold Policy
7.1 3D Spaces design, planning, and execution depend on timely communication, approvals, and inputs from the client.
7.2 In case of prolonged non-responsiveness, 3D Spaces reserves the right to reclassify the project to a lower execution priority, which may affect timelines and production alignment.
7.3 If there is no substantive response for 30 calendar days from the date of the last issued estimate/quotation, the project may be placed on hold.
7.4 During such hold:
7.4.1 Design resources may be reallocated.
7.4.2 Production and vendor planning may be deferred.
7.5 Given the dynamic pricing environment, any project resuming after a hold of more than 30 days from the date of latest published quote, may be subject to price revision.
7.6 Continuity of the originally assigned designer cannot be guaranteed upon resumption.
7.7 Any delays arising from such inactivity shall not be attributable to 3D Spaces and shall not give rise to claims or penalties.
8. Site Changes, Civil Modifications & Redesign Implications
8.1 For any civil or structural change on-site, the client must keep 3D Spaces designer informed, irrespective of whether such work falls under 3D Spaces scope or the client’s independent scope.
8.2 No site changes shall be implemented after the Site Measurement stage. If changes are unavoidable, revised drawings must be provided to or prescribed by 3D Spaces to ensure the original design intent remains intact.
8.3 If any uninformed or unapproved site change is discovered during the site masking or execution stage, resulting in redesign, 3D Spaces may levy a redesign fee of up to 10% of the order value.
8.4 The applicable redesign fee shall be proportionate to the volume and complexity of changes required within 3D Spaces scope due to such site modifications.
8.5 All such civil modifications must be validated during the site masking stage by 3D Spaces, satisfying the design intent to be delivered.
9. Design Ownership
9.1 All drawings, designs, layouts, 3D views, and concepts remain the intellectual property of 3D Spaces.
9.2 Designs are provided solely for execution by 3D Spaces and shall not be shared or executed by any third party without written consent.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 3D Spaces shall treat all client information, layouts, and property details as confidential and shall not disclose the same to third parties except as required for project execution or by law.
11. Communication Protocol
11.1 All approvals, selections, changes, and clarifications must be communicated through official written channels.
11.2 Verbal instructions to labour or non-designated personnel shall not be considered valid.
12. Site Access, Utilities, Storage & Third-Party Vendors
12.1 The client shall arrange all RWA/Builder permissions, including worker entry, lift access, working hours, and debris movement.
12.2 All deposits, penalties, and charges levied by RWA/Builder shall be borne by the client.
12.3 3D Spaces requires full and uninterrupted site access as frozen at the Design Freeze stage.
12.4 If third-party vendors are active and the client opts to take delivery:
12.4.1 A dedicated lockable storage space must be provided, OR
12.4.2 Delivery shall be rescheduled/cancelled with demurrage, logistics, and labour charges at actuals.
12.5 If the client is residing at the premises, dedicated storage and installation zones are mandatory.
12.6 If the client is residing during execution, any committed handover date shall not apply, and no delay penalty shall be considered.
12.7 The client must provide a functional power supply, basic lighting, and running water.
12.8 Any work stoppage due to lack of utilities shall not be attributable to 3D Spaces.
12.9 3D Spaces shall not be responsible for delays, damage, or rework caused by third-party vendors. Rectification shall be chargeable.
12.10 All the relevant/justified documentation required shall be fulfilled by 3D Spaces as and when needed.
13. Project Timelines & Handover
13.1 All delivery dates are indicative.
13.2 Timelines depend on approvals, selections, payments, site readiness, permissions, and vendor dependencies.
13.3 Final handover date shall be confirmed after scope freeze and before Production Initiation.
13.4 Any access issues, third-party delays, or payment delays shall automatically extend timelines.
14. Soft Handover, Snags & Delay Penalty
14.1 Soft Handover is defined as the handover of the site in a livable condition, with minor snags remaining.
14.2 Snags shall be addressed only after zero outstanding and Soft Handover is formally acknowledged by the client.
14.3 3D Spaces shall be provided a window of 15 working days from Soft Handover for snag rectification.
14.4 Failure to complete snags within this period shall attract a delay penalty of 0.05% or INR 1000 (whichever is lower) per day of the order value before taxes, capped at a maximum of 3% of the total order value before taxes.
14.5 The 15-working-day period shall be deemed a grace period for Final Handover.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God (including natural disasters, COVID-19, and other pandemics), war, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 3D Spaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order.
17. Indemnification
17.1 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 3D Spaces from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from client actions, third-party vendors, site conditions, or misuse of designs.
18. Floor Protection & Site Cleaning
18.1 Debris disposal and basic dry cleaning are mandatory and included by default.
18.2 All the packaging / protection material will be cleaned and covered under 3D Spaces scope of working.
18.3 Deep cleaning, including mopping, removal of protective films, glass cleaning, and surface wiping, is chargeable if opted.
18.4 Debris cleaning will be done only once in case of only modular project that includes complete packaging/ protection materials that arrived through 3D Spaces scope of supplies. However, in case of civil scope projects, debris cleaning cycle count will be decided by the Project Incharge to ensure smooth working of the project on-site.
19. Privacy Policy
19.1 Use of 3D Spaces services is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on the official website.
20. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
20.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided shall be resolved through amicable discussions.
20.2 If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. In the event the parties fail to mutually appoint an arbitrator within 30 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the said Act.
20.3 The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Gurugram, India, the proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
21.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to Clause B (Dispute Resolution), courts at Gurugram, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not referable to arbitration, interim reliefs, and enforcement of arbitral awards.

22.2 By using 3D Spaces services, approving a quotation or BOQ, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
23. Acceptance of Terms & Disclaimer
23.1 Proceeding with the quotation, approving the BOQ, or making milestone payments shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
23.2These Terms & Conditions shall be applicable to all projects booked with 3D Spaces on or after 1st January 2026. Any project confirmed prior to this date shall continue to be governed by the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of booking, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
